Return Window

You have 7 days from the date of delivery to initiate a return. If more than 7 days have passed, we unfortunately cannot offer you a refund or exchange.

Eligibility Criteria

To be eligible for a return, your item must meet the following conditions:

• Unused: The item must be in the same condition as when you received it.

• Packaging: It must be in the original packaging.

• Labels: All original labels must still be attached.

• Proof of Purchase: You must provide a receipt or proof of purchase.

• Proof of Defect: You must provide a proof of defect from a verified third party if the item is no longer part of a pilot of verification process.

Process for Returns

To initiate a return, please follow these steps:

1. Contact our support team at info@theamaterials.com with your order number.

2. Once your request is approved, we will provide you with a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) and instructions on where to send your package.

3. Securely pack the item and include your proof of purchase.

Shipping Costs

• Customer Responsibility: You are responsible for paying your own shipping costs for returning your item unless the item is defective or the return is a result of our error.

• Non-Refundable: Original shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping may be deducted from your refund.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

• Approval: If approved, your refund will be processed and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 10 business days.

• Exchanges: We only replace items if they are defective or damaged upon delivery.
